In Q4 2022, our teams made exciting updates to Litera Create and Litera Compare Server. Litera Create
Litera Create is a document assembly and content library platform for Microsoft Word. It’s designed to empower legal professionals to create quick and accurate first drafts using enterprise-approved templates and inserting the most up-to-date and relevant language.
Litera Create has these updates in Q4:
- Active Directory Group Syncing: Litera Create now syncs Active Directory groups, simplifying the process of providing permissions, ensuring accuracy, and saving admins time to engage in more valuable tasks.
- New Authentication Flow: The trust and security of our customers are paramount. That’s why we’ve created a new authentication flow between desktop clients and the backend, which provides a deeper layer of security for customers and enhances your overall experience.
- Coming soon: Our new customer-facing API will provide a more flexible drafting experience, placing the power of Litera Create in your hands.
Litera Compare Server
Litera Compare is a document comparison solution for desktop and mobile that detects changes across any two documents in seconds, enhancing collaboration and reducing the complexity of comparing legal and business documents.
The Litera Compare Server, through the Litera Compare Exchange Service, allows users to request automatic comparisons by sending two files to a specified email address and receiving a redline comparison back. This will enable you to save time by having an integrated workflow without the need for a comparison application interface and allows you to run comparisons from wherever you are.
What’s new in Litera Compare Server for Q4?
- Configuration Manager for Email Workflow: The Configuration Manager allows administrators to add, remove easily, or change settings for Litera Compare Server mailboxes, simplifying and streamlining the workflow. Available settings include the ability to easily change mailbox username and passwords, configure comparison options, including the redline format, and configure the notifications that users receive.
